French know-how for this Chesterfield armchair revisited by the alliance of the designer Pierre Dubourg, the cabinetmaker Richard Fournier and Claire Pagés who ensured the realization. An Occitan creation therefore, since it combines Haute-Garonne, Ariège and Aude!
But the Occitan identity of this chair does not stop there. To meet an ethical and environmental need, the leather comes from a local and artisanal production in Mazamet. The ash wood was obvious, bright and warm, it goes perfectly with Basane Ivory leather, it comes from an Ariège sawmill. The creation of the backrest and the padded seat with a so-called "English-style" front, in horsehair in a traditional way, takes up contemporary codes by its shape and its materials.
