- Can I still buy online ?
Yes, the website still works everyday, as usual. All orders will be processed.
- When will I be delivered ?
Delivery time guarantees in France and internationally have been suspended by carriers since March 17, 2020. So, GARANCE CASSIEN does not guarantee any delivery time.
However, over the past 6 months, we have not observed any significant extension of delivery times in France, except in exceptional cases. For other European countries, delivery times may be extended due to specific delivery measures implemented by carriers in each country.
Due to the end of the year holidays, all carriers have observed a slight increase in response time. Remember to order as soon as possible!
- What are the possible delivery methods ?
-- COLISSIMO :
The package will therefore be delivered directly to your letter box or to the doorstep to avoid direct contact. You will find more information directly on La Poste website.
-- LETTER :
No change
-- MONDIAL RELAY :
Mondial Relay maintains its service throughout this confinement with new Relay Points®, even in foreign countries. You can check on this : Points retrait .
-- CARRIER :
Delivery with carrier will be considered at the time of purchase depending on the product and therefore the carrier.
-- DELIVERY AFTER LOCKDOWN:
When placing an order, once the delivery method has been chosen, you can choose to be delivered only after lockdown.
In this case, choose the shipping method that will be used, and tick the box "COVID-19 Postpone Décaler".
Let us know if you have a special request for this delivery and go to the next step.
Note: If the confinement is extended, your delivery date will also be.
- When I order, I don't have any carriers offered. How to do ?
The carrier pick-up points and international deliveries (except in Europe) have been deactivated. However, you can contact us so that we reserve the product for you or start production. We will then unblock a carrier for later delivery.
- Is it possible to return packages?
Yes, you still have the option of returning your packages. In addition, given the fact that travel is reduced, the return windows have been extended to 30 days to allow customers to return products with more time at their disposal.
- Can I receive orders safely?
The French government confirmed that it was authorized to receive parcels. You can find more information on similar topics on the websites of the Ministère de la Santé and the World Health Organization.
